NASA lists six Titusville parks, Jetty Park and four Cocoa Beach spots below among its primary public viewing locations1. Distances depend on the pad: the visitor complex lists separate distances to Kennedy's pad 39A and to Space Force Station pads 40 and 412.

NASA calls it the closest public viewing, with launch commentary and bleachers. Launch viewing tickets are sold for some launches, not all; call (855) 433-4210.
Viewing areas change by launch. The Gantry at LC-39 is the closest area to the Space Force Station pads but doesn't stay open for launches from Kennedy's Launch Complex 39. Ticket holders for special viewing areas ride visitor complex buses; you can't drive yourself.
NASA says the complex opens at 9 a.m. on launch days; expect heavy traffic.

The Park Service says Playalinda offers the closest view of launches in the park, but only for launches during park hours: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. in summer, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. in winter.
Playalinda Beach Road closes between the entry gate and parking lot 1 to cars, bikes and people on foot 30 minutes before launch. NASA can close parts of the park without notice, and the park may restrict entry when it fills.
Entry is $25 per private vehicle, good for 7 days; card or touchless pay only, no cash.
