Palm Bay's yearly parade honoring veterans and their families steps off at 10 a.m. from the Tony Rosa Community Center and heads east on Port Malabar Boulevard to Veterans Memorial Park, where the city says the best viewing is. Port Malabar is closed both ways from Clearmont Street to Bianca Drive NE starting at 9 a.m., so plan to be in place before then. The city expects the parade to wrap up by about 11 a.m.
