How we picked (as of October 24, 2026): Includes breweries physically in Brevard County that brew on-site and appear in the Florida ABT taxpaid-sales data for July 2026 (via the Brewers' Law Florida Breweries Report), cross-checked against each brewery's own website. Hours, food, events and other details come only from sources fetched Oct. 24, 2026, and are written in our own words; fields are omitted when no source states them.
