Per mtg with Tim, Utilities requests a quote for the demolition of an existing hotel at this location to include asbestos and lead survey/hazardous materials if necessary. Demo entire structure including detached building behind hotel and small shed. Remove all debris and vehicles. Abandoned septic tank and remove if needed. Abandoned well. FPL electrical overhead needs to be disconnected and removed. Do not remove any pavement up to the building. Grade rest of property. There is no city water or sewer to this building.

Building Envelope Design & Construction

Provide engineering and construction services to replace 160 VAV boxes throughout the 6 story building with their associated controls.

Replace 26 existing air handlers in Bldgs A-E with new Bosch units.

Building C Elevator Modernizations

Plumbing in the existing plumbing chases is beyond it's useful life and needs to be replaced. Replace all water and waste water piping in the chases, also replace the exhaust ducts and the exhaust fans

Design and construct a structure to house the County TMC Function, and to include SCTPO board meeting room, and SCTPO management offices

Provide Temporary protection from elements from leaks in Tents 2, 3, and 4. EPO

Per Jim Monarchy, please provide a quote to cut in and install an access panel in the ceiling to provide a better access and visibility in trying to track the leak down in the South side book drop. Move GAL from CSCMI to new leased space is located at 1990 W New Haven Avenue, Space #304. Include communications.

Multi year project. Part 1 completed. Part 2 anticipated FY25/26 to install new storm drains in the building courtyards w/ downspout connection and install new fencing and regrade around the EOC antenna. Part 2 est. $80K. Part 3 est. $225K.

This is a CIP budget that is to replace flooring in clerk locations as the clerk sees fit!
