Per mtg with Tim, Utilities requests a quote for the demolition of an existing hotel at this location to include asbestos and lead survey/hazardous materials if necessary. Demo entire structure including detached building behind hotel and small shed. Remove all debris and vehicles. Abandoned septic tank and remove if needed. Abandoned well. FPL electrical overhead needs to be disconnected and removed. Do not remove any pavement up to the building. Grade rest of property. There is no city water or sewer to this building.

We are preparing for renovations in our customer service office located on the 2nd floor of NBGC. We are unable to locate a current floorplan of the area but attached is what it will look like once completed. We are wanting to know if it will be possible to add a doorway (no door necessary) to the highlighted wall. Can you confirm a doorway is able to be put into this wall? And if so, where in the wall could it be placed?

If required, based on the Phase I ESA report a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment will be conducted.

Getting a MEP to take a look at the current usage of the building compared to the initial intended use to ensure the building as a whole will be able to support a chiller unit as well as the current generator. Taking a look at the need of exhaust fans in garage that is now set up as a lab area.
